My job is to work for the seller, but this also involves find the right buyer for each property I list. If you can tell me what you are looking for, I will be able to notify you each and every time a suitable home is on its way to the market. We generally have all the legally required documents 2 week prior to the first open house, which means you can have a head start on the market.
